If starting the
program for the first time, click 'Options' to set some common
program parameters:
- set whether to
start on Win startup
- set SMART
Monitor options
- set RAM Plus
options
- click to save
any changes made
SysClean has these
4 tools:
- Shortcut Fixer -
finds and then fixes or removes selected shortcuts with the
option to specify which drives to scan
- Disk Cleaner -
finds and removes common Win junk files, empty files and
folders, and Win and IE tracks with the option to specify which
drives to scan
- Registry Cleaner
- scans the entire registry for invalid entries and lists them.
You may then select which entries to remove
- Startup Manager
- lists all programs that run on Win startup from Win startup
folder or the registry. Selected entries can be edited or
removed
SysWatch has these
2 tools: -
SMART Monitor - lists all IDE drives capable of reporting SMART
values. Shows common drives and volumes info, smart info and
logs program events to file. Set options by clicking on the
'Options' tab on the left side. To disable monitoring, set 'Poll
Drives Every' to '0' minutes on the 'Options' tab and save
changes made. -
RAM Plus - shows RAM and CPU loads with the option to specify when
and how to recover RAM. You may disable monitoring by
clicking on the 'Options' tab, then removing the check mark from
'Enable Monitoring' and saving changes made. Further
updates to this program depend on your feedback. If I don't
receive much user feedback, I'll have to assume that there's no
interest in this utility and I'll stop making improvements.
